Josh Brolin, a Hollywood celebrity, just made his big-screen comeback in the much-awaited movie Dune 2. With impressive box office receipts, the movie seemed to have lived up to its hype. In addition, the movie did well worldwide throughout the course of the weekend. Having been busy promoting the movie, Brolin recently discussed his experience with GQ. He was also heard discussing a few of his well-known personas, such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s (MCU) most well-known figure, Thanos.

He continued to shower love on his co-star, Mark Ruffalo, as he recalled one of his favorite moments from the time he spent filming Avengers: Endgame.

The actor started off the chat by telling how Ruffalo helped him out when he missed one of his lines in a scene.

“We had a moment together when I was finally in a scene with people I knew—Ruffalo, for example, and Don Cheadle. The cameras are focused on me as I lie on the ground. My line was lost when I glanced at Ruffalo when they were not in the frame. I ask myself, “What’s my line?” He’s a distinct performer and persona, so of course he would know, but he looked at me and said, “I don’t know.” “You have to know,” I say. What’s that? What’s that? And I knew it was coming,” Brolin said, mentioning how the actor who plays the Hulk ultimately assisted him.

Chris is speaking in that area. I follow him as he picks up his huge toy, a hammer. “Where is the line?” and he (Ruffalo) really handed me the phrase,” he went on, calling it “quite humorous.”

“Ruffalo is the most generous and kind person on the planet. That’s the movie I remember the most,” he said in closing.

For those who don’t know, Brolin died twice in Avengers: Endgame and in different realms, which marked the end of his role. He recently spoke openly about the possibility of Thanos making a comeback in the MCU. During an interview with ComicBook.com, Brolin was seen hinting at certain rumors about his possible comeback.

I have heard, ahem, via the grapevine that they plan to bring him back. There is also the What If…? series, which features a distinct version of Thanos and related themes. I was unaware that he was the deadliest Marvel villain, but I don’t know whether they would bring him back into the Marvel universe. Every day you pick up something new,” he said.
